  8. maintain purchase orders and receipts. This module integrates with online's
  9. General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Inventory System. The system allows
  10. automatic numbering of POs and receipts, handles regular and recurring POs,
  11. allows different shipping addresses for each PO, handles different "ship to"
  12. and "bill to" addresses, checks the order status when orders are received,
  13. displays quantity ordered and cost, and allows you to enter the quantity
  14. received. If integrated, it updates the inventory. The system also gives you
  15. all necessary reports.
